Pantrly

Our approach

Cooking help, held to a careful line

Pantrly is the friend who tells you what to make with what is in the fridge. It is general cooking help, not medical or dietary advice, and it treats your allergies and your data with real care.

What Pantrly does

  • Suggest real meals from the ingredients you actually have.
  • Exclude anything you set as an allergy from every recipe and shopping list, in any form.
  • Build around what is about to go bad, so less food is wasted.
  • Keep the tone friendly and free of judgement about how you eat.

What it does not do

  • Give medical, clinical or personalised dietary advice.
  • Replace a doctor, a dietitian, or an allergist.
  • Guarantee a packaged product is free of an allergen.
  • Track calories or manage a health condition for you.

Allergies are strict

Anything you list is excluded from every recipe and the shopping list, checked again in code after the model. A meal that cannot be made safely is not shown at all.

Always check the label

Ingredients hide under other names and recipes change, so a packaged product can still surprise you. Pantrly does its half. Reading the label is the other half, and it is on you.

No judgement

However you eat is fine here. Pantrly suggests, it does not lecture, and it will never tell you a meal is a mistake.

Where the line is

When to talk to a professional

Pantrly is for everyday cooking. When food and health meet in a way that matters, follow the advice of a doctor, dietitian or allergist, and let Pantrly be the part that just helps you cook.

  • A diagnosed food allergy or intolerance that could be serious.
  • A medically prescribed diet, for example for kidney or heart conditions.
  • Pregnancy, feeding an infant, or any condition with strict food rules.
  • An eating disorder, or a relationship with food that feels hard.

Your kitchen data is yours

Export it or delete it, any time

Your pantry and your saved cooks belong to you. Photos are read into a list and discarded, never stored. You can download a copy of everything, or delete your account and take it all with you, from Settings.

“Tell me what is in your kitchen, I will tell you what to cook.”
