Slower suggestions for about 40 minutes

Our primary model provider was answering slowly between 18:10 and 18:52 UTC. Suggestions completed but took up to forty seconds. Routing failed over to the secondary model at 18:31 and speed returned to normal. No pantries were affected.

Photo reading failing on very dark shots

A change to the recognition step returned a generic error instead of the message asking for a brighter photo. Affected some uploads for about three hours. The message is specific again and there is a test for it.
