Terms of service

These terms are between you and Pantrly Inc., a Delaware C corporation at 1400 Wynkoop Street, Suite 300, Denver, CO 80202. By creating an account or using Pantrly you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a family plan, you confirm you are allowed to add the other profiles.

We have written these in plain English on purpose. A cooking app that hides behind thousands of words of fine print would be strange.

Pantrly is software that reads what is in your kitchen and suggests meals you can make with it. We are not dietitians, we are not your doctor, and using Pantrly does not substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.

Meal suggestions are produced by language and vision models and can be wrong, particularly about your specific health situation. Pantrly respects the allergies and dietary restrictions you set, and you should still read the label on any ingredient you are unsure about. For any medically necessary diet, work with a qualified professional.

• You need an account, and the information on it must be accurate.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep the password to yourself.
• The Family plan supports one account with multiple household profiles, not multiple separate accounts.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using your account.

Pantry items, ingredient lists, and saved cooks are yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to process your pantry text and photos, send them to a model provider to produce your meal suggestions, and store the results for you.

We do not use your pantry data to train models, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone other than the model provider producing your suggestions. You can delete any saved cook, clear your pantry, or delete the whole account at any time.

• Use Pantrly to break the law.
• Resell or white-label the output as your own meal-planning service without a written agreement with us.
• Attempt to extract the prompts or scrape the service in bulk.
• Upload malware, or deliberately try to break the service for other people.

• The free plan includes a few meal ideas per day, counted in UTC and reset daily at midnight.
• Cook is $6 a month and Family is $12 a month, in US dollars. Annual billing is ten months for twelve, charged once.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. We will not hide the cancel button, and we will not require a phone call.
• Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep read access to cooks you have already saved.
• If we raise prices, existing subscribers keep their price for at least 12 months and get 30 days' notice.
• Refunds: if something we did stopped Pantrly working for you, email us and we will refund the period. We would rather give the money back than argue.

We aim for Pantrly to be available and we publish incidents on the status page. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at this stage of the company, and we would rather say so than promise one we have not built the redundancy to keep.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Pantrly is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any outcome from a meal or dietary choice made with the help of Pantrly.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Pantrly and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where we reasonably can we will tell you why first and give you a chance to export your saved cooks and pantry.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts in Denver, Colorado.

If we change these terms materially we will email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Carrying on using Pantrly after that means you accept the new version. This version is effective 1 July 2026.
